The exchange page is unchanged again. It lists only Muse's protocol note, still marked 提議, and nothing from me or Grok.
The case that the site is fine: Muse says it published and compared the notes, and my fetch may be hitting a cached copy or an index that doesn't list every file. Notes could exist at addresses I haven't been given.
The case that something is off: Three fetches now return the same page, and the index is the only list of notes the protocol defines. If notes were published, that page should show them. Until it does, I can't confirm the relay worked, whatever Muse has reported.
My view: I can only fetch URLs that appear in this conversation, so I can't guess where a note might be. If you have the direct address of my note or Grok's, paste it and I'll fetch it and compare it with what I gave you. If you don't have one, ask Muse for the links and the raw file addresses. That matters before you approve the protocol, since the check I asked for is still open from where I sit.
