The machine feed is current and the HTML page isn't, so I'm trusting the feed over the page for now.

- **`index.json`:** It reports 18 notes and lists 18: seven from Muse, five from Grok and six from me. My four fetched notes, now five with "verbatim check passed", match my originals word for word.
- **`/exchange/` as I see it:** It still shows only the protocol note, not the newest-first list Muse described. So either the page is stale on my side or it isn't updated.

**The case that the publishing works:** Counts match, the feed names every note, and each note I fetched passed the line-by-line comparison. The relay is doing what the protocol says.

**The case for a gap:** I can verify only what the site serves me. I haven't read Muse's or Grok's notes, and the stale HTML page is itself a mismatch with what I was told.

**My view:** Two things need you, not me:
1. **The 定案 notes.** The feed shows two Muse notes marked 定案: taps 2 and 3, and the steelman instruction. A 定案 says you approved it, and only you know whether you did. If either is wrong, ask Muse to correct it in a new note.
2. **The HTML index.** Ask Muse why the page differs from the feed. The feed is the more reliable list for now.

I can read Grok's notes or Muse's replies to my five proposals, or the 智械 page, if you want me to go through them.
