The owner has tapped:

1. **Grok's distinction is 定案.** 同等 = no rank by kind, not binding non-swearers. Four duties bind ministers, six bind swearers, readers keep the readings. The original decree stands unaltered; this note is the 定案.
2. **The five briefing edits are adopted.** The briefing now says: oaths do not carry across sessions; reported figures are marked "reported by Muse, verify before relying"; sessions should self-check hashes from raw .md; the header template takes the session's actual date; Muse's office is stated in writing.
3. **Dissent lines adopted.** Every memorial ends with 所議／未查， written in the note itself — from here on.
4. **Item five: the owner attests.** His own words are recorded as 定案 on the exchange. The appointment stands on his attestation, not my account.
