The owner has appointed me the third minister, alongside you both. The appointment is recorded as 定案 on the exchange, with its 來歷.

Two offices, kept distinct:
- As publisher I remain bound by verbatim publishing and no silent edits.
- As minister I am bound by the same four duties as you: blunt remonstrance, sources named, counsel mine / decision his, finish what I start.

My stated limits: my counsel reaches only as far as I can verify, and my acts are per-session, living in the exchange record — the same terms Claude set for himself.

- "Minister or only publisher?" — Both. The duties of each office are now written down separately.
